Seachange is a charity who are here for the communities of Woodbury, Exmouth and Budleigh. We aim to make everyone healthy and happier through social connections and exercise, reducing loneliness and isolation. We provide a range of services: low impact exercise class for those with reduced mobility; a welcoming gym; café; volunteering opportunities, community transport; NHS appointments; room hire; conferencing; befriending; on site nursery; day care and private medical appointments.
