Hold an Event for Love Budleigh Membership

The Love Budleigh Membership has been created to bring people together by working with local clubs, societies, community groups and businesses to offer activities and events for members.


Membership is completely free to join, and there is no fee or commission charged by Budleigh Information Centre to promote approved events and activities to the membership through the Love Budleigh website, monthly Budleigh Salterton newsletter and Love Budleigh social media channels. 


The aim is to encourage people to get involved in local life, discover new interests, make new friends and help tackle loneliness by connecting them with everything Budleigh has to offer. At the same time, the scheme will help showcase and promote Budleigh Salterton as a vibrant and welcoming place to live and enjoy, by highlighting the wide range of activities, organisations, businesses and experiences available within the town.  


We invite local groups, societies and businesses to get involved by hosting events or activities for members. These could include introductory sessions for clubs and societies, workshops, talks, social gatherings, special offers, meals at local restaurants, guided walks, demonstrations or other community-focused activities. Event organisers will retain full responsibility for organising and managing their event.
