The Dog & Donkey are proud to be hosting Blind Spot, a powerful and innovative theatre experience by Alright Mate? CIC, a charity in which their very own landlord Mark has been involved with for several years and is a director within the organisation.
The organisation Alright Mate? CIC is a Community Interest Company (CIC) based in Exeter, Devon, dedicated improving men’s mental health reducing the risk of suicide and break down the stigma around men’s mental health. This is done by creating safe spaces for open conversations. Founded by writer, educator, and mental health specialist Cally Hayes, the charity uses creative and social events in familiar settings like pubs and barbershops to make it easier for men to seek help early and avoid crisis situations.

Blind Spot is a fun, comedic show taking place inside a car. Up to three passengers can enjoy the performance from the comfort of the back seats, while the story unfolds in and around the vehicle.
